The youngsters in the Project Villager are being provided Skill Upgradation Training at the CII Skill Training Centre and Ashok Layland Institute of Driving depending upon their willingness and abilities. It is necessary to interact with the village boys on regular basis to get their views about the training and observe the behavior for avoiding dropouts. The success of these initiatives will help to build a model of sustainable development of the forest villages by reducing their dependency on the forest resources and thereby giving a way for Biodiversity to flourish.
