To facilitate participatory conservation management learning, the frontline staff of all the field units have been trained in Participatory Rural Appraisal by Shri Shyam Bohare and Shri R.K. Dixit. These 5-day trainings were conducted in two phases i.e. the first in South Chhindwara unit for the Project Management as well as Implementation team in which about 50 trainees participated while in the second phase trainings were conducted separately in West and East Chhindwara units for 20 and 25 trainees respectively
