Is consent to establish required to be obtained from PCB (MPPCB) to setup wind turbines. If, any one having such information/guideline, pl. let me know.

Sir,I am asking about the clearances required to set up Biomass,Hydro, or Wind Projects in particular with Environment clearances.
You are asking about requirement of EC of biomass, hydro,.....projects wheather we have discussed about CTE in trailing session... first you have correct yourself then i would be able to give the details of this aspect.

Dear,
CTE is locational cleareance for setting up any kind of units or industries at any location hence it is always required as per the legal provision made under the water act P&CP 1974 , Air act P&CP 1981.
