dredging

can any individual/agencies expert in environment management during dredging?As there are no indian legislation on quality of dredging, in this case hos teh environment monitoring plan can be framed for dredge work/during dredging,.i.e. frequency, nos. of sampleas, norms etc..

Also, suitabiliy study for dredge disposal requires to do..Can anyone help with this complicated and sesitive issues?Thanks
