what i mean to ask you about is in India we have any continuous air dispersion modeling is doing in practicing like other countries for knowing the effect of particular activity on near by habitation. is their any such cases happened.
And i have somewhat experience in air modeling Software (ISCST3, AREMOD). if i go for Training on these models, is it Helps to My career?
please give me suggestions and guide me Sir

Could not say I fully understood your question....
As far as Air modeling is in question, apart from EIAs (for which it is almost mandatory) generally project proponents who have plants close to dense human habitats, forests or other eco-sensitive locations or complex terrain/coast line prefer going for dispersion modeling (as a separate exercise).
Remember one time, one such person wanted to get it done because National Board Wild Life wanted him to ensure that the plant's emission has no impacts on forests located 5-7 km away.

Hi Praveen,
Here is a list of software you could use:
for Mining: use FDM and /or ISC-ST3 (area source) module.
Industrial : use IST-ST3 (point/volume/area options). But better go for AERMOD (the approved model)
Non Road dispersion: ? (does that not include industrial...anyhow try AERMOD/ISC-ST3).
For on-road engines try CALIEN4/CALINE3/CAL3QHR
EPA provides the FORTRAN core program. Most commercial software (BREEZE, LAKES) build interface on this code. Try using Breeze Suit AERMOD/ISCST3/PRIME software.
