You know how much energy is available within the scientific community to resolve corrosion issues faced by Public. The situation in industries is totally different. It is driven by the investment capabilities of asset owners to do research and find solutions for complex problems. If the assets are owned by Public, who will extend "Helping" hands for finding answers? Public only. It is purely Public-Public collaboration to resolve our own issues.
