Management Trainee (Fresher’s)

Location of Posting: Chembur, Mumbai

Job Specifications

1. Be a member of the business development team for promoting our sanitation (Biotoilet) business Pan India and meeting the Company targets.
2. Generating leads through Cold Calling, Data mining, bulk emails, etc
3. Gathering information on Market potential and opportunities, competitor analysis and sharing market intelligence with the team members and adapting to winning business strategies
4. Maintaining PR with existing clients to retain clienteles
5. Responsible for new customer acquisition
6. Prepare techno – commercial proposals for customers, follow up to getting orders and executing the suppliers
7. Business Coordination with internal and external customers
8. Provide after sale service including follow up for payments

Person specifications

1. Qualification: Any Science graduate, Graduate in Microbiology, Chemical, Biotech, Environment, Life Sciences is preferred
2. Experience of 1- 2 years in Sales (Any Industry type). Freshers who are articulate with excellent Organizational abilities and communication skills can also apply
3. Willingness to travel Pan India extensively.
