It is actually good to see this statement from the Env. Minister. The first step in a mitigation process is understanding and accepting that there is a problem. Does anybody know if there are new policies that have been developed in this regard by the Ministry or are in the process of being developed which will lead to getting the work started towards better waste management in India?
