    In a democratic country, Minister's duty is NOT OVER JUST BY GIVING A ATTRACTIVE STATEMENTS, INSTEAD HE /SHE MUST GUIDE THE COUNTRY to clean the Filth.... Right from Honble PM /Minsiter upto peon /labour /begger of this country must jointly ACT TO CLEAN not simply making statements...........
