admission to a research program / phD program

dear sir,

i graduated with a master of engineering degree in civil engineering from texas A & M university in december 2001 specialising in environmental engineering. i am now interested in pursuing a phD program in the same specialization. i think the CESE at IIT-B would be my best bet. kindly advise.

    Hi Mrinal, How is the Envt. Engineering Course in Texas A and M university.? Kindly provide an honest answer since I would like to join there in the same university. I have done Master in environmental science. Now I would like to pursue further in Envt. Engineering. Please help.
