We must start to imply the International environment Law, for each and every discussion on climate change to disallow the drastic "Climate Change" to occur. Recently , Her eccellency, our president Madam has rightly had given her visionary statement that the lack of IEL is a bottleneck problem in handling the environmental concerns. It is high time to "Learn & Churn" the IEL. Today honorable Prime minister has emphasized the "principle of equity" and climate concerns
