As per EIA notification, EC compliance report for any project is submitted to concerned authority on 1st June and 1st Dec. every year.
For compliance monitoring purpose the monitoring period is Oct to March and April to September (correct if not like).
Any body can provide the MoEF circular/any other document to justify the monitoring period? pl. share.
