CSIR-Central Institute of Mining and Fuel Research, Dhanbad is organizing two day workshop  and Exhibition on Emerging Mining Technologies and Low-Carbon Footprints with Waste Management during 13-14 Feb. 2017 at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi.

This workshop is to provide a forum for interaction and discussion for new technological innovation among policy makers, managers, statutory bodies, practicing engineers, scientists, technologist and academics from mining and environment fields. In which more than 200 participants from mining, petroleum, steel industries and R&D institution from India and UK will be participating. In this workshop there will be launch of Indo-UK Centre for Environment Research and Innovation (IU-CERI) for environment management in India.

If any industry (Lignite, Zinc, Petroleum, Steel, Copper etc) want to utilize its generated waste into concrete material through Accelerated Carbonation Technology (ACT) first time in India by injecting carbon dioxide to reduce the carbon foot prints must attend.
