What different between Reserve and Protected Forest ? What is the procedure for diversion of Resrve Forest Land into the Industial land ? Types of Reserve Forest ?

In simple words you may define them in following ways :

Reserved Forests : Everything is prohibited unless permitted.

Protected Forests : Everything is permitted unless prohibited.
