Thanks Maniprakash (and kindly call me Bhavani) for watching. Yes, we do need a paradigm shift when it comes to food security, and we can all play a part by exercising our food choices more judiciously. After all, we can control what we put on our plates every day!

The presentation was crystal clear and thought provoking. Congratulations for thinking beyond your subject, this subject needs such innovative thinking. Though we can depend on various other foods (millets) etc., we are not doing it. You rightly projected it. A good chance of learning. All the best for you.
