water budgeting especially in EIA can be done by any Water expert. sustainability of water consuming industries activity mainly depends on effective water budgeting. thus any good EIA consultancy / process engineer / can help u upon the same.

Procedures: vary industry to industry (it mainly depends upon the process utilized)

but at National the job done by mainly irrigation department for surface water, while ground water take care by Ground water department.
