Natural Resource Institute has been collaborating with colleagues in the School of Science at the University of Greenwich to provide an exciting new MSc programme in Food Innovation. Students will develop an awareness of the reasons for developing new food products and novel ingredients that will contribute towards bringing a concept to the marketplace.
