Recently when I went through Nebosh IGC program,I came through a category of workers called lone workers.We in our daily lives come across many of them,but we hardly understand the hazards the worker may come across while at work.In western countries an employees safety is taken in to consideration from the time of starting off for work till he reaches back home,now that is what we call as an employers responsibility.It should not be just a on time salary with bonus on Diwali. I believe a true sense of owner ship is delivered only when they demonstrate by stretching an extra inch ,which is same as they expect from employees.
