The Global Union Research Network (GURN) is launching a call for papers, jointly with the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC). The call for papers includes four different issues:
I. Social Consequences of Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation Measures
II. “Just Transition” Towards a Low Carbon Economy
III. Investment in Decent Green Jobs
IV. Change in Production Patterns
Authors are invited to submit proposals for one of the issues. Papers can be submitted in one of the following languages; English, French and Spanish.
Proposal should be received by 24th November 2009.
Authors of papers retained will be invited to the workshop "Climate Change Impact on employment and the Labour Market - Responses to the Challenges" to be held 25-26 February 2010 in Brussels.
