Recently Mr Jairam Ramesh has made an anouncement that India would like to be transperant on her green house gases emission and annually disclose to CDM secreatriat, which is mandatory to only developed countries so far as per Kyoto protocol. Will this add any benefit to our country?Will there be any obstruction to our palns & development proposals due to this green activism displayed by our governmnet?
