What is the difference between Industrial area notified before 2006 and after 2006

Sir,

 

I want to know the difference between an industrial area notified before 2006 and after 2006.Does industry attract EIA presentation if a pramoter propose to setup in the notified industrial areas.

Type of the industry:

Falls within the Sl.No given in schedule  of MoEF
