We are happy to announce that, School of Business, Amrita University would be organising an International workshop and Conference on "Legal Pluralism in natural Resource Management" on 30th and 31st of March 2012 at Ettimadai Campus (Coimbatore). This Conference is hosted by Amrita University on behalf of Asian initiative on Legal pluralism, supported by International Commission on Legal Pluralism.

We are expecting number of participation from India and abroad. some of the participation so far has been confirmed include Maarten Bavinck, President, Commission on Legal Pluralism; Janine Ubink, Secretary, Commission; Dik Roth. Them apart, we are also expecting participation from International community working on Asian perspective as well as from countries including, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Japan, Vietnam and many more, as well as a good number of participants from India.
There is NO registration fee charged for the workshop and Conference. Besides, Amrita University will bear the expenses of accommodation, food and local transportation of the selected participants. Selected participants have to plan and pay for their travel to Coimbatore.
We would like you to actively participate in this conference as well as circulating this information among the academic community.
