Here is an interesting news on Solar Technology. Any entrepreneur taking the challenge?

VARANASI: Can advancements in solar drying technology tapping renewable solar energy give fillip to food processing technology in the country? If experts of three-day-long international conference on energy security, global warming and sustainable climate 'Solaris 2012' are to be believed, the country that falls in the sub-tropical region has immense potential to tap solar energy and utilise it for bolstering food processing.

    Already for drying coconuts, chillies, and many other food products we have a product called solar tunnel dryer and it is very much successful

    I think this technology has already been used for food preparation etc. at the LARGE Kitchen of Shri Shri SHIRIDI SAI BABA at Shiridi. But I m not sure.
