Dear Nature Enthusiast / Conservation Professional,
As we are deep into 2026, many of us have started the year by reconnecting with the beauty of our forests and wildlife sanctuaries. If you have recently explored a protected area or work within one, your fresh perspectives are exactly what we need.
We are currently conducting two vital studies to bridge the gap between human experience and ecological recovery:
Forest Threat Assessment: Help us evaluate the prevalence and severity of threats impacting our forest regions to strengthen protection efforts.
Evaluating Perceptions on Rewilding: We want to understand your views on "Rewilding"—the process of letting nature take the lead to restore self-sustaining ecosystems.
Why your input matters: The IUCN emphasizes that "meaningful and lasting ecological change cannot occur without considering the social dimensions". Your responses help us move toward a "nature-led, human-enabled" future where humans and wildlife can thrive together.

Survey 2: Perceptions on Rewilding: https://forms.gle/mnuEpnPXLjrhgu9z9
Your insights, grounded in your recent visits or professional experience, are invaluable for shifting ecological baselines toward a healthier planet.
Please feel free to share these links with your fellow travelers or colleagues. Participants from outside India are requested to fill this survey only if they have visited forests/safaris/protected areas in India.
Thank you for your time and for being a voice for the wild.
Sincerely,
Sudhanshu Kumar
