Applications are invited for a temporary post of Research Associate to work in the ISRO-SAC funded Research Project titled “Multi-criteria Spatial System for Evaluating Environmental Impacts of Land Use Change in Urban and Peri-urban Limits using Remote Sensing and GIS” for two years.Candidates with Ph.D./M.Tech. /ME in Remote Sensing & GIS/Environmental Sc./Physics/Forestry/Geology/Civil Engg/Computer Applications having 3 years of working experience in Remote Sensing and GIS will be preferred. The selected candidate will be working in the Department of Environmental Science at the University and contribute to the project by conducting field survey, working on GIS software (IGIS) for land use mapping and modeling, writing reports and research papers.
