He is RQP and have a team of good geologists and technical persons. They have prepared a lot of mine plans for various mines and minerals.

May I know as to what exactly are you looking for... for example Mine Plan or EC etc..
You may visit Rajasthan pollution control board website to find the guidelines on the stone quarries in which they have given planning of stone quarries and the steps to check the air pollution issues.MPCB has also issued some guidelines.
