Background:
This is a junior management position, reporting to the Coordinator. The Project Officer must have good time management skills and field training experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide programmatic support to the Coordinator in budget management, report writing and project planning.
Facilitate day-to-day functioning of the field-based projects
Assist monitoring and evaluation of field-based projects
Prepare project implementation plans and work plans.
Skills:
Basic understanding of wildlife issues
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
Budgeting skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
Willingness to work in the field if necessary.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably BBA)/Post graduate. Candidates with other qualifications but with skills mentioned above may also apply.
Experience:
3-5 years experience in a similar position.
