Born on 15 Jul 1942, a Chartered Engineer, he was awarded title of the Best Degree Engineering College Teacher all India level in 1991. He was awarded “Russel Ekoff” award for year 1997 for presenting best research work on topic related to Earthworm biotechnology by University of Widner (USA) out of 150 such works presented by 32 different countries of the world. In 1998 awarded Vijayshri and Man of the Year Award. He has experience of learning in reputed college of Delft (Netherlands) and Teaching in Basra Tech. Institute Basra (Iraq). He chaired many international conferences in different parts of world specially in USA, Europe, East Asia & West Asia. He worked as President of Indian water works Association and associated with 10 different organizations . He guided more than 130 postgraduate and Ph.D thesis during his long association with the Department odf Civil engineering and Environmental engineering at Govindram Seksriya Institute of Technology and Science(GSITS) Indore,M.P.After his retirement he was still actively involved with his first love,ie,Teaching as the Professor & Advisor of Civil Engineering at IPS Indore. Avid speaker on various environmental issues, He has been a source of inspiration to his students and many like us who came to know him in due course of his activities on Environmental Awareness campaigns amongst people from Bohra community of Indore in particular and the common masses in general. He was the torch bearer for the budding environmentalist. He survives in the hearts of his so many students and the admirers like me. May the God do not rest him in peace until his dream of Natural Water Resource conservation and the scientific Management of the urban wastes is not fulfilled. let him be reborn again and again till his dreams, he has sown in hearts of all of us are not fulfilled.
