We have built a good system to increase efficiency of existing ETPs and STPs through bio-augmentation (addition) of beneficial microbes. The benefits delivered are meeting PCB norms more stringently, reduction in O & M costs, ability to recycle wastewater without harming the environment and suppression of foul odour. We are already working with Companies like Sab Miller, ITC, Ion Exchange, P&G, Berger Paints etc on the same.

We have developed many models of composting and are also carrying out Industrial level composting for Companies like ILFS, United Phosphorous etc.

We are looking for a well experienced technical cum marketing person to head this business for us. His objective would be to enhance this business while ensuring 100% client satisfaction at all time. Complete training shall be given to the person concerned.

Brief profile that would suit this business is as follows:

1. Experience of 3-4 years in similar field.

2. Good technical knowledge of diverse types of wastewater treatment and composting plants.

3. Excellent client relationship skills.

4. Computer savvy

5. Good communication skills - both written and spoken.

6. Ready to travel to create business.

7. Ability to create business from the very first month of joining.

8. Ability to groom a team to look after the business on a regional basis.
