Who are the culprit of ENVIRONMENT POLLUTION?? what as a members should we do to stop such happening?? Is there any law to this effect in India??Are the goverment organization culprit?? Are goverment project approval authorities hand in glow with the private enterprises?? Is it a result of corruption at higher levels?? Is ruling Political parties involved in such acts of approval of the projects that could pollute the environment??
