In the pre draft released by6 MoEF on CRZ notification 2010 for comments.In the notification 12 nm in the sea side is also fall under CRZ.I would like to know in which category it follw???If i want expansion of a foreshore facilities within the 12 nm in the sea side in which category does it fall i.e CRZ i,CRZii,iii
