From this year, we are offering outside Solapur University admissions. Six seats are on offer for M.Sc Geoinformatics course. The entrance test (objective type questions) for other universities is on 23rd July 2013 at 4.00 pm in the Department of Geoinformatics, Solapur University. We also offer PhD in Geoinformatics from the year 2009.
Entrance fee: Rs 100 (could be paid on the same day)
Course fee: Rs 15000 (approx) per year for open category
Duration: Two years
The course will be conducted under School of Earth Sciences, Department of Geoinformatics. The Department has well equipped independent Computer Lab (80 Computers) with state-of-the-art software (both proprietary & open source) and associated practical lab facilities. We also offer PhD in Geoinformatics from the year 2009.
Our passed out batches has got 100 % on-campus placement in the reputed multinational companies before the end exams. The students also got 100 % summer training/internship placement with paid stipend and fellowships in reputed research organizations and companies.
The University also has separate Boys and Girls hostel facilities in the campus
