  • Dear Shri Ravichandran,

Education and learning can be gained from any source. If some one wishes to be educated and learnt, I am sure distance is not a factor. He / she may have some facilities to avail those you have referred. Secondly, you are referring to degree or certification to use in career. However, I am absolutely sure that you would not agree to the fact that most of the environmental leaders throughout World have possessed learning through experience and do not possess a formal degree in environment. They have done miraculous works.

I would rather suggest you, better give option to the person who is in need.

  • How a person can study Environmental Science in correspondence mode, its not possible even if an University offers, Environment, Sustainable science may be offered in some unapproved North Indian " so called " Universities but to study this you need to go to a college, do experiments in lab and get a degree

  • you can also take a reference from the site http://www.adhyapak.com/distance_education/mphil_courses3.html
