WWF-India, the largest environmental conservation NGO in the country with a national branch network invites applications for the above position for its Conservation Alliances (Business Development & Fundraising) Division. Job Description Setting fund raising targets with the Director for the Division and for the organization. Innovating professional strategy for fund raising and outreach specifically for corporates. Create strategies for engaging the corporate sector in an innovative manner, focusing on the links between industry and conservation. Over all management and coordination of corporate accounts and reporting to Director Proposal writing & making presentations to the stakeholders. Enhance corporate alliances through strategizing and executing innovative events, campaigns, engagement strategies and properties. Demonstrate a broad understanding of WWF-India’s vision and strategies for the organization. Adhere to organization policies and practices & build mutually beneficial relationships with team members from other programme units. Manage budgets effectively. Qualifications & Experience Candidate should be an MBA and have a minimum of 3 – 4 years of experience in Business Development and Fund Raising, of which two years shall be in a managerial positioning in a corporate with an economic background, with good statistic and business finance sense. The candidate should be a team player. He / she should have excellent communications skills and be proficient in English. Personal Strengths Show personal determination to deliver what is promised. Terms of Appointment The position is based at WWF India in New Delhi and will involve frequent travel to other locations within India. Compensation: Remuneration will be competitive with Indian NGO pay scales and will depend upon candidate’s capability, experience levels and the overall WWF-India salary structure.
