Description: ? Assisting the programme coordinators for designing annual work plan. ? Developing a database of the resource persons/ master trainers for the various training programme at the state level ? Development of Innovative training tools and methods ? Support the team in conceptualizing and developing training modules on various issues like climate change, water, waste, biodiversity, air, mountain ecosyatem, etc ? Resource person for various training programmes for increasing the capacities of the network CBOs/ NGOs active in the field on environment ? Reviewing the trainings and provide inputs for improvement of programme ? Liaisoning with various State Govt. departments for convergence with govt. schemes ? Compiling and analyzing the data generated from environment assessment studies ? Conducting impact assessment of programme interventions on a regular interval and documenting the findings in form of reports ? Responsible for planning and implementation of environment improvement programmes throughout the Himachal state with the help of network NGOs. ? Prepares technical reports ? Report to Programme manager on programme processes ? Undertake regular field visits to monitor and facilitate project activities at all levels within the State
