What exactly you mean by indoor air quality modeling?
In India, very few works have centred on IAQ. Few works by Dr. Balakarishnan (Sri Ramachandra Medical College), Dr. Patil (IIT Bombay) and Dr. Khare (IIT Delhi) has primarily focused on monitoring of IAQ and drawing parallel between the indoor and outdoor air pollutant levels (say PM2.5).
Yet to come across a IAQ modeling study conducted in India. Thus, possibility of finding some agency to conduct IAQ modeling training might be slim.
Have you tried Prof. Mukesh Khare, in IIT Delhi, Civil Department or Dr. Prasad Modak at Environmental Management Centre LLP Mumbai? They are working in air quality modeling for long, and have done work in IAQ. You could google their names and get in touch with them.

Which is the modeling tool you are using for IAQ modeling? CFD or IAQX or ?
I don't know about training programs, but there is a research wing at the CNCI, Kolkata where work on indoor air pollution is being done.
I am doing ph.D on indoor pollution so i require to know about modelling of air pollution?
