Under the aegis of The GRIHA Summit, TERI is organising a thematic track on 'Climate Resilience in built environment' on 12 March, 2015 at Stein Auditorium, India Habitat Centre, New Delhi (4:00-5:30pm).

This session will bring together the available knowledge and approaches on  building climate resilience, responding to climate change, climate change  adaptation and disaster risk reduction in the context of built environment. It  will concentrate on the prevailing planning mechanisms, governing principles, initiatives, measures and emerging approaches directed towards improving the adaptive capacity of the built environment. The session will also deliberate on how best to utilize this knowledge to help cities integrate climate resilience into their built environment.
