Not every one can be good entrepreneuors. There are persons who come from business family who are by birth good entrepreneuors while some start business as first generation attempt. This is mostly visible in India where profession is dominated by caste system. This situation causes total mis match. First category entrepreneuors understand business better but their objective remains only profit while technology and quality of products remain secondary. The second category understand technology and TQM better but not able enough to run the business well. In order to bring the balance and to inculcate sense of environmental and quality issues while efficiently running the business it is essential that Technical Business Incubators must be organized in Technical and Engineering colleges to create good and efficient entrepreunors. Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur runs one such a brief note of which is attached here. National Institute of Technology, Tiruchinapalli runs one of the best such center. There are such centers being run by various IIT's, IIM's and many Engineering colleges. Agnel Ashram, Verna, Goa has started one and Sri Ramakrishna Ashram, Nimpith, West Bengal is organizing one such. Plan is to support the entrepreunors hand holding them for two years providing them with all links till they succeed and then they quit alllowin new batch to come in. Various Government of India Ministries such as S & T and MSME supports it through their schemes.
