Generally there is a practice that Get land, obtain water allocation letter from state govt. & somehow manage the imported coal linkage (getting domestic coal linkage is difficult in present scenario) & get the green nod from MoEF...........Here I would like to invite your kind suggestions/opinions on water allocation part which is being done by state govt. without knowing the water availability in the river & EAC is accepting it for environmental clearance without knowing/enforcing assessment of impact of river water on competing water user and aquatic biota even having the example of rivers which has been completely sold out or exhausted due to over allocation.
