How to recycle the rubber flashing waste from footwear industry??????

Dear all,
Our company daily generate 800 kgs rubber flashing waste. Before we sent this waste to incineration process. But now we try to recycle this materials. So if you have any idea or suggestion tell me.

    sir can we use polythene waste, and other waste for making these items and please give me few example of it the items can be made.

    blend it with fresh material, and probably use for lower quality demanding products, even for low cost unbranded footware production.

    this can be good raw material for making rubber mats or even making oil from same. only need to find out such vendors in your vicinity.
