I would like each one of you to share with our community ONE simple success that you achieved in your professional life while solving a complex or even simple environmental problem. What were the steps that you took to get the job done?

While working as a GHG assessor, I have worked on several carbon projects that reduce GHG emissions. One of it is treadle pump voluntary emission reduction projects. What I love about this project, I was deeply touched when I met the villagers how the project could make their lives much better.
Another such project is cook stove project. These projects help the families, woman and children to have better air quality. This also avoids the forest degradation and provides the time to focus on other skills for better livelihoods. Thus, such project not only helps the environment but also the society and living standard of the poor people.
I have passed post graduation in Environmental Science now I am working as a Project fellow in CSIR-NEERI.But I want to explore more knowledge in this field.For that I want some guidance regarding some Diploma or Certified Programme.
Or I want some list of Colleges where I should give lecture as an Environmental Science Teacher..Please Give me some valuable Ideas because in this situation I am very confused whether I shoud go for Phd or go for Lecturer in College....I wud prefer as a govt lecturer in College
