Work Experience:
Minimum 15 to 20 years Experience in handling operations in any reputed Process Industry/ Environmental Engineering Organization.

Medical care is vital for our life, health and well being. But the waste generated from medical activities can be hazardous, toxic and even lethal because of their high potential for diseases transmission.
‘Bio-medical waste’ means any solid and/or liquid waste including its container and any intermediate product, which is generated during the diagnosis, treatment or immunization of human beings or animals or in research pertaining thereto or in the production or testing thereof.
Responsibilities:
Should be responsible to develop and manage the operations and growth of business, having P & L responsibility.
Provide leadership for about 20 Biomedical Waste (BMW) facilities operations and maintenance.
Should manage about 450 personnel spread over different facilities in India.
Should maintain and upkeep the facilities
Develop / consolidate business for the existing facilities
Liaison with local
Involvement and promotion of community development activities.
Explore new business opportunities in this business vertical with Hospitals.
Responsible for top and bottom line business.
Comply with statutory regulation.
Develop MIS system to get feedback on daily operations of all the facilities.
Manpower management and training.
Desired profile:
Should have handled a team of diverse professionals.
Experience in emerging market operations P&L and to ensure high profits for the company.
Experience in performance, productivity and morale, Maintain high service quality and take initiatives with team and clients.
Exposure in streamlining processes, monitoring and ensuring day-to-day operations.
Total familiarity with Environmental Laws and compliance.
Experience in operation of Biomedical Waste Management.
