Is there any simple model or software for calculating SHIP/vessel's (ocean going vessel)emission factor?have gone thorugh all EPA's documents.is ther any thumb rule for direct calculation of EF from VESSEL.

Have you checked the Final Test Report on "Emission Factors for Barges and Marine Vessels"?

Now the thumb rule!
Know the ultimate analysis of the any fuel and calculate the emission factor - concentration of elements (parameters of ultimate analysis) in emission will never exceed what is presnet in the fuel.
