Can anybody throw light on Environment monitoring plan during Dredging?As per my knowledge, there are no guidlines by MoEF regarding Env.monitoring during dredging, like frequency of monitoirng and nos. of samples, type of parameters etc for marine water and dredge sediments. If we decide the nos. of samples,location and frequency based on area to be dredged and potential of pollution, then will it be acceptable to MoEF?Becuase, no guidlines or no any criteria or prescribed limit for parameters has been notified by Gov./SPCB

So, is there any case study or international guidlines available, which can help to prepare  montoring plan during dredging and post dredging.
