Can anybody advice on requsition of premission/clearance from SPCB for use of Coal handling plant? Coal handling plant , i.e. grading & sizing(blending of coal), type of equipment, requires NOC from SPCB?or we can make use of it by mentioning it in "Consent to operate" or"Consent to establish" or it can be considered as part of "supporitng facilities" to run the main operation of the factory for which clearance & consents have been obtained.does it requires any seperate permission?
Expert view from environment legislation point of view is requested..Thanks in advance..

Depends on where it is located. If it is in CRZ area it will require CRZ clearance from SCZMA/ MoEF
it will need clearance of the SPCB and consents to establish and operate.
