Certificate or diploma programme in Environmental Management by correspondence

Hello Everyone, I am looking for either a certificate or diploma programme in Environmental Management. The course could be offered from accredited Universities/Institutes in India or Outside. It would of great help to me if anyone could advise on the same. Another query is about the certificate course in NEBOSH offered by http://www.atmsafety.co.uk/nebosh/envmgmtcert.htm. I am looking for a programme by correspondence.

http://www.cept.ac.in/ CEPT is the reputed university, follow the link u will get information regarding correspondance course information.
