Alert- Consultancy Requirement- EIA

Central Universiy Rajasthan has requested the serivce of Consultants for Environment Impact Assessment for the proposed location of their University

 

They have requested us to circulate their requirement to our network. Please find attached their TOR.

    'Cut n Paste'- this is what most of the EIA consultants do. That's why they think one month is sufficient..

    See how funny it is. CURAJ wants to get an EIA Report with ToR within month! First the persons concerned must have sought the help of somebody who is familiar with the process before issuing EoI. No sensible firm will be submitting EoI to carry out EIA with ToR within the stated period. Some body may come up with a cut and paste report within one month.

    Dear Friends,

    Be aware of time period; EIA Report in ONE MONTH!!

    "(B) Time Period
    The task of preparing EIA report should be completed within one month from the date of issue of work order."

    I was just forwarding this to my colleague but noticed the allowed time period for the study.
