After completing 40 years working in the field of wildlife conservation, research and management thought of combing my field experiences in the form of a book.So people can read and get the idea of how we can work in very limited resources.My work started in 1980 with Doctorate work on Gir lion ecology in Gir Wildlife Sanctuary in Gujarat, Indo US Snow leopard and associated species in Trans Himalayas covering Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh, Associated with Rhino Reintroduction Programme in Dudhwa NP/Tiger Reserve, and finally reported swamp deer in Jhilmil Jheel area which later declared a Conservation reserve by our Later President of India Prof APJ Abdul Kalam. Later I was associated with number of Hydro projects in Sikkim. Arunachal Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakahnd. I hope people will love to read my field experiences.
