Environment Explained: Literary environment means the surrounding external conditions influencingdevelopment or growth of people, animal or plants; living or working conditions etc. Thisinvolves three questions:

1. What is Surrounded ? The answer to this question is living objects in general and man in particular.

2. By what Surrounded? The physical attributes are the answer to this question, which become environment. Infact, the concern of all education is the environment of man. However, man cannot exist orbe understood in isolation from the other forms of life and from plant life. Hence, environmentrefers to the sum total of condition, which surround point in space and time. The scope ofthe term Environment has been changing and widening by the passage of time. In theprimitive age, the environment consisted of only physical aspects of the planted earth' land, air and water as biological communities. As the time passed on man extended his environmentthrough his social, economic and political functions.

3. Where Surrounded? The answer to this question. It is in nature that physical component of the plant earth, viz land, air, water etc., support and affect life in the biosphere. According to a Goudie

Definition, Scope and Importance"environment is the representative of physical components of the earth where in man is animportant factor affecting the environment". Om Krishna

Climate Change and Carbon Foot print
and all relevant Environment Issues by Attending a Conferences and Workshops and Seminars it will not serve any purpose except exchange of thoughts on the same platform between peoples of same field as if all the people are travelling in a same Ship in a Ocean while watching others sinking with their small boats with lack of Knowledge and Awareness on Environment and not paying much attention on them.

EIA Now and in Future.......
in Terms of all the Sectors will it be a Tool to prevent Environment Pollution and its effects and leading towards sustainable development or its will be just a Manipulative tool to get EC Certification by applying currency grease on Committee members and making Manipulative Report as per the Desire of each expert environment component from committee member? what the reality???
