Pollution Rose Software - pavanaarekh

Started by Rekha Singh Dec 9. 0 Replies

ENVITRANS® has come forward with pollution rose & wind rose software - pavanaarekh v2. The current release is featured to plot pollution/concentration rose besides wind rose diagram. The pavanaarekh is very customizable application. It not only supports for several meteorological data formats but also provide interface for manual data entry. This feature may enable you to plot wind-rose from a distribution frequency table as available in "Climatological Table" of India Meteorological Department (IMD).Application Wind roses and pollution roses are the important tool of air pollution analysis and management. The wind rose diagrams helps in illustrating the predominant wind direction or sector. This information is used in defining air quality monitoring network. The pollution/concentration rose diagrams show the distribution of pollutant concentrations by directions. Thus helps in locating the probable source of pollution contributing at the monitoring location or receptor.About ENVITRANS® ENVITRANS is specialist environmental scientific consultancy in India with key expertise in the fields of computational modeling, software development, data processing, information management and training. Dear Shailendra,

However, this is not the correct forum for this discussion and moreover we are not directly involved in EIA or wastewater treatment but we will try to answer your query.

In simple word, for EIA related jobs you need to prepare yourself in line with the requirement of QCI – NABET accreditation scheme (read document available at http://www.qcin.org/nabet/consultants/EIA/).

If you are interested in water pollution, join any organization undertaking EIA studies, work at least for three years (minimum experience for a Functional Area Experts) specially on water environment and then you will be qualified for the “Water Pollution Monitoring, Prevention and Control “ which is an in-house required area of expert position!

All the best!
